Check the fit, construction and finish. Record any changes and approve the agreed specification before production.
Follow the order
Production updates, quality checks, labels, packing and shipment handoff are coordinated to the scope agreed for your order.

Can I use my own design?
Yes. Send your tech pack, reference images or a short description. We’ll review construction, material and order requirements before confirming the production route.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the style, fabric, colors and customization. Share your estimated quantity so the applicable minimum can be checked.
Can I order a sample first?
Ask about a sample for the selected style. Sample cost, shipping, availability and timing must be confirmed before an order is placed.
Are the catalog items ready to ship?
The catalog is a starting point for product discussions. Listed specifications are reference details; current availability and final materials, sizes, colors and weight are confirmed for your order.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
CNCARE reviews your reference and replies by email with questions or the next step. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order or commit you to a purchase.
