Factory-owned bulk apparel manufacturing

Wholesale apparel production through a U.S. factory office.

CNCARE USA is the U.S. office for a factory-owned China apparel production base. Buyers can move from a product photo, line sheet, sample, or tech pack into factory-side bulk production review with practical input from 40+ years of field experience. The catalog is only a reference point; we focus on the buyer's required fabric, composition, color, size run, trim, labels, packing, sample control, and shipment visibility so the order can actually scale.

Catalog styles can start from MOQ 50 Private label and custom packing Changes can increase MOQ Sample approval before bulk
Best starting point: Send the reference photo, quantity, size run, required details, target budget or current quote if available, and destination warehouse.

Production capability examples

The catalog is only a starting point. The real work is matching buyer details to a production path.

For denim, sweaters, resortwear, uniforms, merch, and private label apparel, CNCARE USA reviews the style idea through our factory-owned production path together with fabric, color, size run, trim, labels, sample stage, QC proof, packing, and shipment visibility.

Buyer-ready style codes

If a buyer likes a reference, they can ask for the code directly.

These reference cards make inquiry simple: pick the code, then send quantity, size range, color or wash direction, fabric or composition request, label or packing needs, target budget if available, and destination. Public catalogs show photos and production details with price values removed.

Recommended buyer message: I am interested in DPT-001. Please check the factory path for my quantity, size run, colors, and destination.

Bulk buyer lens

This page is built for wholesale apparel orders, not a normal shopping cart.

If the goal is container-level buying, boutique program replenishment, uniform supply, or private-label production, the key question is whether the style can move cleanly from reference to sample to bulk.

Good fit

Programs where bulk production work is worth doing.

  • Private-label styles with custom labels, tags, bags, or cartons
  • Boutique, resort, uniform, teamwear, workwear, and repeat basics programs
  • Buyers who already know the target quantity, colors, size run, or target budget
  • Orders where sample approval and construction checks matter before production
Not the right fit

Requests that behave more like retail browsing.

  • One-piece or low-volume purchases that need immediate shipment
  • Orders with no room for sample review, production lead time, or freight planning
  • Buyers who only want a generic in-stock retail item with no repeat plan
  • Programs where quantity and destination are still completely unknown

Bulk production control

A wholesale apparel order usually fails on details, not on moodboards.

Before bulk production grows, we look at the PO path, tech pack accuracy, size run consistency, sample checkpoints, label and packaging details, and what proof the buyer will need before shipment.

Redacted buyer purchase order review board for apparel production support
PO and size-run control Style count, order quantity, destination terms, carton assumptions, and commercial risk should be reviewed before the program widens.
Anonymized apparel tech pack and measurement specification review
Fabric and construction checks Measurements, stitching points, trim details, labels, and sewing notes become sample-control items instead of last-minute surprises.
Sample approval workflow from fit sample to bulk production
Sample-to-bulk sequence Fit sample, PP sample, top sample, in-line QC, packing review, and shipment proof should connect to the same buyer record.
Public visuals are redacted. Internal buyer names, prices, and private contact details are removed. Start bulk apparel review

Commercial details

These are the details that decide whether the bulk quote is actually useful.

Quantity Catalog styles can start from MOQ 50.

If the buyer wants to change fabric, color, beadwork, trim, label, packing, or measurements, MOQ can increase. We review the style first instead of pretending every item behaves the same.

Pricing FOB, factory-side, or landed review can be discussed.

Real pricing depends on specification, order volume, packaging, destination, and freight path. A screenshot price alone is not enough.

Customization Labels, tags, polybags, size stickers, and cartons matter.

Wholesale buyers often need more than the garment itself. Packing details can change cost, approval steps, and freight efficiency.

Approval path Sample quality should hold up before production is released.

Fabric hand feel, shrinkage, stitching, measurements, and hardware details should survive buyer inspection, not just the camera angle.

Current apparel files

Catalog photos are examples for bulk programs, not limits.

Use a catalog code, screenshot, sample photo, or completely different garment image. Catalog styles can start from MOQ 50 when ordered close to the reference; fabric, color, beadwork, trim, label, packing, or measurement changes can increase MOQ.
